What happened?

When focusing the PayPal button, its not properly outlined and the button has a blue border.
Also, it is not properly announced, instead of "PayPal" it announces "Entering Paypal frame. link Paypal Paypal main"

Safari 20619.2.8.11.12 on macOS 14.5

Reproduction

It can be repro in Stripe's Express Checkout demo page. Just need to focus on the PayPal button.
