SDF to TM/TD Conversion #5

Here is a new TD for the modbus project:

And here is the SDF source file with extensions to generate the TD:

The TD isn't validated yet. I have a question about how to represent scaled values.

This is a manually generated TD that provides a reference point and helps me think of ways to programmatically do the mapping.
