This happens when the app is not synced/connected so the wallet is in a not ready state.
We should improve that so users can delete their wallet if not synced

When a user goes to settings and they click on delete wallet, nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

User should receive a pop up to confirm if they want to delete the wallet and when they confirm the wallet should delete
