0.31.1 (804): iPhone SE: App remains frozen on splash screen when user closes the app with the Incompatible version detected error is visible to the user #1189

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Pre-conditions:

  • User should have seed words for an incompatible wallet

Steps:

  1. Download and install app version 0.31.1 (804)
  2. Open the app and run through onboarding flow (Create wallet etc)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Confirm Delete your wallet
  5. User's wallet will be deleted, and user should be back on homepage of app
  6. Click on Restore an existing wallet
  7. Click on Restore with recovery phrase
  8. Paste in the seed words from an incompatible wallet
  9. User should see Incompatible version detected error modal displayed
  10. Do not click on anything within the modal
  11. Close the app
  12. Re-open the app
  13. Observe

Expected behavior
App should open with the modal displayed and user should be able to click on it immediately

Additional context
After being stuck on this screen, I closed the app and waited a while (+15 minutes) before opening again. I then saw the Incompatible version detected error modal and was able to click on the Delete wallet button within the modal in order to move forward within the app
