Add custom options to a network driver

Hi,

I need to change the MTU size of network driver; in a compose file, this can be configured as follows:

network_name:
  driver_opts:
    com.docker.network.driver.mtu: <value>

Is it actually possible to define such options when creating a network with New() function ?
