No way in your web can a user indicate a mod is not working and hasn't for a long time as in abandoned. Example
PlanetwidePlanetaryShieldGenerator This one does not work with Galactic Scale 2 and custom sized planets. This issue has been an issue for multiple years now which tells me, the mod is abandoned and should be marked as such or removed from your list. Or at a minimum include a warning that it is not compatible with Galactic Scale 2 or possibly any galaxy adjusting mods.

Currently only moderators and the authors themselves are able to deprecate a package, signaling to the user that it's non-functional. I've marked the mod you linked as deprecated. Feel free to report any further packages in the Thunderstore Discord server for the time being (an on-site report feature has been PR'd but not merged yet).
