Issue with original cd version

Just discovered this project and I wish to give it a try testing it with original game files intalled from an old CD using dosbox.
I've downloaded 0.99 release with compiled binary and put original game directory into a directory with remc2 but there must be something wrong so it says that it can't find game data. I don't have GOG version to check with it. I only have original game files from cd disc I used to have in 90s. What is exact directory structure to run the game?
