I am talking about something more abstract, Odoo does this very well.

It has related fields with related models and also computed fields where you can execute whatever logic (sum is the most-basic example). This computed fields works with a decorator called @api.depends('fields that when change it executes this').

With workflows it works (i do not know if it is the best idea for related fields, which it could be simpler). I understand that computed fields it can be difficult to abstract with no code or low code, this is not the main thing because it can be done with workflows.
