Describe the bug
Modifying files in assets, e.g. a custom CSS theme, does not trigger the CI setup workflow.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a custom theme and modify .upptimerc.yml (this correctly triggers CI)
  2. Modify CSS file and push

Expected behavior
Updated CSS file should be available under <URL>/custom-theme.css.
