feature suggest: to add HEIC convert flow for processing

check all the issues/discussions. but this is something new, for the idea.
so the flow works as below.
1.file uploaded
2.upon submit the files with HEIC format are converted into PNG format or whatever (and saved)

it's similar to photoprism which convert heic into jpg for preview.
