Add a command for apps delete from the project.

Solution:

If we want to delete the app from the uvdesk project so should be use command for delete app from the project this path:
project/apps/uvdesk/apps-bundles

what could better say: "please don’t use that software" as one single issue that is years old and has never been touched... 🙈
