Confirm navigation Pop-up Appears, But Message Missing in Dark Mode

Description:
When switching to dark mode and navigating to the "Tax Categories" section, after selecting a tax category and making it the default tax method, if I try to navigate to another page, the confirm navigation pop-up appears. However, the message "There are unsaved changes. Navigating away will cause these changes to be lost" does not appear inside the pop-up in dark mode. In light mode, the message appears as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the "Tax Categories" section.
2. Select a tax category and make it the default tax method.
3. Try to navigate to another page.

Observe that the "unsaved changes" pop-up appears, but the message does not appear inside the pop-up when dark mode is active.

Expected Behavior:
The "Confirm navigation" pop-up should appear with the message "There are unsaved changes. Navigating away will cause these changes to be lost" in both dark and light modes.
