How to increase log length and/or disable tui?

Summary

In some cases I need a longer log history from the turbo task/terminal ui, how can I achieve this?

For example I am running 2 persistent dev servers that have some startup dependencies and I want to scroll back further than turbo tui allows me.

I've looked around on a couple different occasions but can't find anything in the docs that convincingly will solve this problem. Happy to update any docs once I find out to try and make it clearer.

And ultimately, is there a way to disable it and just have everything log into a single ungrouped untouched stream?
