rdeval test3.cram --sequence-report -o combined.bam crashes with a segfault. rdeval test3.cram --sequence-report works and so does rdeval test3.cram -o combined.bam

This is indeed a two-output combination that rdeval doesn't recognize. We will fix it with the next release. Thanks!
