Если использовать SoftDeletable , то после "мягкого" удаления удаляются все файлы.

Решение - переопределить методы без действий

    protected function resolveAfterDestroy(mixed $data): mixed
    {
        //$data
        // ->getMedia($this->column())
        // ->each(fn(Media $media) => $media->delete());

        return $data;
    }

MediaLibrary сама чистит файлы после удаления модели
