What does the "C" stand for?

What does the "C" stand for in CHTML? I haven't spotted this in any of your docs. Thanks!

Interestingly, the EXPLAINER doc still leaves the room for other possible interpretations of "C". I'm personally hoping to see what comes up, if anything.

Would you consider moving/copying that part of the explainer to the top? I didn't expect to find something as simple as the meaning of the name at the bottom of 30 pages of detailed examples.
