@ovflowd will fix some steering documents on tsc guidelines and I'll (@evenstensberg ) figure out how we structure working groups + core work.

If you plan to have regular meetings, you can use Meet github action to create an automatic agenda for you :), it has been very helpful in Express, maybe it can help you too.
