Feature request: Display a tooltip when hovering over the folder icon while the left panel is collapsed.

I have a suggestion: When the left panel is collapsed, it would be great if a tooltip could appear when the mouse pointer hovers over the folder icon.

Additionally, I found an issue: When editing a workflow, clicking the folder icon doesn't work, as shown in the image below.

The core of this extension is a workflow filtering shortcut.
I thought it should be disabled (greyed out) while editing workflows, what do you think?

My Idea:
Keep consistent with the official logic. If the current workflow has been modified, display the following prompt message; otherwise, switch directly to the filter page.
