Third release

This new version allows you to install the windpowerlib with python versions >3.4.

First release

The windpowerlib is created from the wind part of the feedinlib with the aim to create a community concentrating on wind models without pv or weather stuff. In future versions the feedinlib will link to the windpowerlib and remove its own wind model.
