[QA] Transaction failed with "FiatTokenV2: permit is expired" error

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://portalbridge.com/. Issue was noticed only once.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 212.369584 USDC from Polygon (MetaMask) to Arbitrum (MetaMask)
2. Click on "Review transaction" button
3. Click on "Confirm transaction" button

Actual result: Transaction fails.

Rechecked the issue on https://portalbridge.com/. Transfers started and completed successfully with the original scenario - USDC transfer from Polygon to Arbitrum using Mayan Shuttle Beta route. Issue is no longer reproducible.
