[QA] No routes found when user selects target asset before balance is loaded

Describe the current behavior in detail

Environment:

• OS: macOS Sequoia 15.2
• Wallets: Sui, MetaMask
• Browser: Google Chrome Version 133.0.6943.142 (Official Build) (arm64)
• Netlify build and https://preview.portalbridge.com/6a11cea689/

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Sui network and SUI token in "From" section (Sui wallet auto-connects)
2. Open "To" section and select BSC network and SUI token before BSC balance is loaded (MetaMask wallet auto-connects)
3. Enter Amount, in my case 10 SUI
4. Check if routes are shown

Actual result: No routes found.
Expected result: Routes are displayed.

Notes

Routes are displayed if user waits until balance is loaded on BSC.
