Currently, the page picker is expanded by default, and it covers the rest of the parameter. Make it collapsed by default

This seems to be a platform issue. Whenever you open the modal to edit a macro, the focus seems to be on the first parameter instead of the modal body. As a result, if the first parameter is a picker, it will be opened

Edit: It seems that this is a UIX rule because the edit macro modal is a form.
