What happened?

Blur has stopped working on Hyprland. Before ~1.10.1b, setting the workspace color to something like #000000ac made it transparent, but that no longer works.

1.11b

Linux (Tarball)

Is this not related to #6965 ?

Also, is this a blur-specific issue, or is it that transparency isn't working, and therefore the blur effect isn't being applied either?
