Before you install SQLBot, ensure your system meets the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS High Sierra or later, or any Linux distribution
- RAM: At least 4 GB
- Storage: Minimum of 200 MB free space
- Internet Connection: Required for full functionality
- Natural Language Understanding: Ask SQLBot questions in plain English.
- SQL Query Generation: Get accurate SQL queries generated from your queries.
- Multi-Database Support: Works with various database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite.
- User-Friendly Interface: Easy for everyone to use, regardless of technical background.
To get started with SQLBot, follow these simple steps:

Visit the Releases Page: Click the link below to go to the SQLBot releases page: Download SQLBot

Select the Latest Version: On the releases page, find the latest version of SQLBot. Look for a section labeled โAssets,โ where you will see the downloadable file.

Download the File: Click on the file that matches your operating system. For example, if you are on Windows, download the
.exe
file, if you are on macOS, download the.dmg
file. -
Run the Installer:
- For Windows: Double-click the
.exe
file and follow the on-screen instructions. - For macOS: Open the
.dmg
file, drag the SQLBot icon to your Applications folder, and then open it. - For Linux: Extract the files from the downloaded package and run the SQLBot executable.

Launch SQLBot: After installation, find SQLBot in your applications menu or desktop and run it.

Start Using SQLBot: Ask SQLBot any question related to your data, and it will generate the SQL query you need.
- Open SQLBot on your device.
- In the text box, enter your question. For example, โShow me all users who registered in 2020.โ
- Click the โGenerate Queryโ button.
- SQLBot will display the SQL query it created based on your input.
- Copy the generated query and use it in your database.
If you encounter issues while installing or using SQLBot, here are some common solutions:
- Can't Download: Ensure you have stable internet access. Try refreshing the page and downloading again.
- Installation Errors: Make sure your system meets the requirements and that you are using the correct installer for your Operating System.
- Software Crashes: Ensure you have the latest version installed. Restart your device and try again.
