In this PR I have updated the
/groups/:groupId/artifacts/:artifactId/versions/:versionExpressionendpoint to manage version metadata instead of content. The content of an artifact version can now be accessed here:/groups/:groupId/artifacts/:artifactId/versions/:versionExpression/content
