v0.3.1 - Improving sleep time

There are two small innovations in this new version.

• Firstly, a bug has been fixed which caused the sleep mode to be activated too early.
• In addition, a display has been added to the web interface that now also shows the time in seconds until sleep mode is switched on.

The previous SPIFFS file system is now obsolete and is therefore no longer recommended.
I have therefore switched the project to the newer LittleFS file system.
