v0.3.0 ALSA MIDI enabled

This new release of Patchichi updates HoustonPatchbay and so, can now use ALSA MIDI virtual ports.

Patchichi release with some changes:

• prevent toolbar hide ability
• rename PORT_ORDER property with ORDER in editor syntax
• python3-qtwebengine is now optional
• Editor help now uses RaySession's asciidoctor theme

HoustonPatchbay

• add Patchichi export function in options dialog (this is the only one new feature)
• Port is now CV if it is mentioned only in the port metadatas
• fix CV ports not really readable in "dark boards" theme
• allow custom metadata icons for any box type
• fix theme not renamed after duplicate with new name
• fix inconsistent portgroup name if portgroup name endswith with AUX with at least digits at end of the port name.

use Patchichi-0.1.0-source.tar.gz file please, other assets don't contains the HoustonPatchbay submodule.
