Spectral Library of Immune Cells (SpLICe)

Overview

The Spectral Library of Immune Cells (SpLICe) is a curated resource that provides a comprehensive spectral library of murine splenic B-cells, CD4 and CD8 T-cells and bone marrow derived macrophages and dendritic cells. This resource is valuable for mass spectrometry based investigations focused on immune cell characterization and quantification within the murine system.

Features

  • Interactive HTML Interface: The SpLICe.html file offers an interactive platform for browsing and exploring the spectral data on protein level with additional information on their peptides and Reactome & Gene Ontology pathways.
