It provides distinct roles for HODs (Heads of Departments), Professors, and Students, each with specific functionalities. The system is built using modern technologies with a robust backend and an interactive frontend, ensuring efficiency and user-friendliness.

Ensure the following are installed on your system:
- Node.js (v14 or above)
- Java JDK (v11 or above)
- MySQL Workbench
- Firebase account for storage and authentication
- Clone the repository:
git clone <repository-url> cd frontend
- Install dependencies:
npm install
- Start the development server:
npm run dev
- Access the application at
http://localhost:3000

with your MySQL and Firebase credentials.

Build the project:
./mvnw clean install

Run the server:
./mvnw spring-boot:run
- Create a database in MySQL Workbench:
CREATE DATABASE college_erp;
- Update the database credentials in
application.properties
. - The tables will be created automatically using JPA when you run the backend.
- Create a Firebase project.
- Enable Firestore and Storage.
- Download the Firebase configuration file and place it in the backend project.
