flukes-0.7.4

This is a minor release, mainly to provide a binary non-Java WebStart version that can be downloaded and used directly from here. We recommend using Oracle Java 8 JRE while it is still available, as there are issues with licensing and features of Java 9 and beyond.

You can start flukes from the command line (on Linux systems) as ./flukes/bin/flukes

On Windows, there is a .bat file in flukes/bin/ folder that must be executed to start.
