Hi there, I'm Stefano Lambiase 👋

About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Computer Science Department of the University of Salerno (UNISA). My research interests are Human Aspects of Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Video Game Development, and Quantum Software Engineering. I tend to study software development from a socio-technical perspective, with the well-being of developers and stakeholders at the core of my final goals.

During my third year at university, I fell in love with Software Engineering. Because of this, I chose Software Engineering and IT management as the curriculum for my master's degree.

During my free time i study programming languages and framework to improve my knowledge. Particularly, I love the object orientation paradigm and back-end development.
