resulted in hoodie.table.version 8 instead of 6.

It is because when creating table the code path does not read write table version config to determine table version. Now it is added and we have warning messages that if user intends to set table version they should set the right config.

Impact

hoodie.write.table.version will also contribute to how hoodie.table.version is configured now.
