refactor SparkDatasetTestUtils#serializeRow -> removed Spark 2 case, and reduced the reflection (optimized to work with spark3+ versions)
org.apache.hudi.testutils.KeyGeneratorTestUtilities#serializeRow -> since same code is used, SparkDatasetTestUtils#serializeRow is reused.
