New Directions for PMCAMx 2008

This list (up for rigorous debate) involves ideas for future development of PMCAMx-2008. Please list here the projects (i.e. branches) that you intend to work on so we can collaborate and not double the same thing someone else has done.

1. Bug Fixes - if anyone has come across bugs and has fixes for them. Please commit them to a branch so we can all benefit.

2. File structure and Makefile - we should update current with Jinhyok's really nice system, both because its better then what we've got and for consistency.
