2. Agenda

  • 2.1. Reviewing our feedback and discussing it as a group.
  • 2.2. Specifying the actions to be taken according to the feedback and assigning people to them.
  • 2.3. Deciding on three scenarios and personas for each scenario to create mock-ups.
  • 2.4. Assigning each scenario to 3-4 people groups.
  • 2.5. Discussion about adding older versions section to the requirements page and assigning someone to that job.
  • 2.6. Discussing whick mockup tool will be used.
  • 2.7. Discussing workflow diagram for tracking completed tasks and flow of label.
  • 2.8. Discussing label philosophy.
  • 2.9. Discussing simultaneous work on wiki pages.
  • 2.10. Noting about the situation of an asignee must have only one task at the inprogress state. If s/he finishes a task, s/he can proceed another one ofcourse but not two of them at the same time.It is very crucial for in progress state.
  • 2.11. Discussing the purpose of 'add a task list - [ ] ' s usage.
  • 2.12. Discussing the efficient work sharing throughout the week and all the division of work being determined in the meeting, so that we can proceed in an organized manner.
  • 2.13. Discussing notifications(on Slack & other platforms).

3. Discussion

  • 3.1 The system will let user know whether if her/his answer is correct or not after select an answer not the end of the exam

  • 3.2 There will be four languages at our project : Turkish,English,German,Spanish.

  • 3.3 The user levels should be described clearly

  • 3.4 The scenarios that we apply for our application were discussed

  • 3.5 Real person and real data will be used our scenarios

  • 3.6 Mockups will be created according to visualize our scenarios

  • 3.7There are three scanerios.
    3.7.1 First scanerio:

    • Recommended expert users list
    • S/he can show profile of an expert
    • S/he has sent . Expert annotates it. Show annotation. It is finished
      3.7.2 Second scanerio:
    • Login
    • Select the language
    • An exercise
    • Result Page
      3.7.3 Third scanerio:
    • On his profile click to match button
    • Chat screen is opened
    • User reports other user
  • 3.8 The name of our group will be determined.
