Builds on brightway-lca/brightway2-data#184; tests won't pass until that is merged but they pass on my machine.
You can add and persist custom allocation functions. We can also run
check_property_for_allocationand get structured output on what needs to be fixed before a new allocation function can be used. Feels a bit enterprise-y, but at least it is well defined. See the code and tests.
