@gpoitch Hi, want to know can this PR be merged? The bug has broken the editor of the ghost blog for more than one year TryGhost/Ghost#9801 |
@bin16 this is just an issue not a PR. Happy to merge a PR and release if someone fixes it. |
I thought at least there was a partial fix #661 |
PR is here, please merge it details is here |
Anyone who wants to push Ghost to fix this issue, please leave a message and show your support under TryGhost/Ghost#11460 |
Please review and try my pull request: TryGhost#11, hope it could help. |
There will never fix it! |
If the line breaks and input do not work in Japanese, do you mean that there is no plan to correct it? |
This problem had existed for two years. 😞 |
😭😭 |
3 years now... :-( |
Work around: insert a markdown block then input & edit in this block. |
When will this problem be resolved ... I am looking forward to it. |
3 years now... :-( |
Another solution: type a space first, then input what you want. |
^ That method doesn't work well in my environment. (macOS 10.5.5beta Safari) |
Finally, it has been three years. |
Instead of just flooding this issue and annoying the contributors.. how about someone of the "+1" and "will this ever be fixed" crowd invest their time into providing a pull request with a fix instead? 😊 |
@kwmr yeah maybe they're like "f**k it, it's been three years and those who experienced this bug might already found an alternative way to solve this. I'll pretend this bug non-exist " btw, try IA writer, it's great to have a local post file and u can publish the post in it. |
Great we now have another great PR fix here. Let's see how long will they wait until that PR goes outdated. Or will someone merge it and slap in my face🤪 |
