Hi.
This PR is from bustle/mobiledoc-kit v0.12.5 and solves IME bugs as reported bustle#548, TryGhost/Ghost#11460.
Originally, this solution is based on bustle/mobile-doc-kit v0.13.x, made by @ruiokada in bustle#738.
Ghost still uses mobiledoc-kit v0.12.x. the bugfix is backported in bustle#746 and the newer 0.12.5 was released https://github.com/bustle/mobiledoc-kit/releases/tag/v0.12.5.
Could you merge it and release mobiledoc-kit 0.12.5-ghost.1 and the newer ghost-admin which uses 0.12.5-ghost.1?
