Popouts Go To The Wrong Side

Popouts will sometimes extend to the wrong side. A popout may go to the right off the screen instead of going to the left, and a popout goes to the left even though it looks like it should go to the right according to the ">". I believe that the direction of the popout is currently hardcoded for a two semester view so that they always point inwards. However, this leads to issues when we have three semesters, as seen in the screenshot. Designers: should the extended popout (like the color choice) always go the right except for the rightmost semester? I assume so.
