Suggestion of new structure as indicated on the gdoc file.
Compared to previous PR:

  • more md files
  • updated folder nesting
  • updated mkdocs
  • moved content from latest commit in main (still a lot of void and obsolete info)
  • more coherence with file naming and with spaces inside the md files
