Build DMG

  1. Follow the OSX developer setup instructions.

  2. Build the package target.

  3. **Workaround: ** the package build will fail due to missing src/libhqx.dylib. Copy it from src/Debug/libhqx.dylib and build the package target again.

  4. The package should be under C-Dogs SDL-VERSION-OSX.dmg.
