Since ECR container images got cleaned up after 365 days we do not have any containers anymore for the currently deployed version 1.2.2. I updated the lifecycle rule to keep container images for 730 days.

This tag is based on 1.2.2 so we have containers for the code base that is currently running in the demo env.
