• Upgraded DD4T Core and Model to 2.6.1

• Removed incorrect reference in the nuspec to WebActivatorEx
• Upgraded to DD4T.Core 2.5
• Downgraded from .NET Framework 4.5.2 to 4.5.1 (in line with the rest of the DD4T framework)
