This repository holds all information relevant to the Benthic Microbial Fuel Cell (BMFC) Project with Intern Emerick Gilliams and Dr. Jordon Beckler

On the GitHub, you will find the different variations of code for the Arduino Voltmeter that was custom created. The information regarding these files are all in the Final Project Write Up.
A quick summary of these files are: They are all for an Arduino Pro Mini 3.3V 8MHz. Voltmeter_SD_RTC2_Sleep_Mini is for a single input; Voltmeter_SD_RTC2_Sleep_Mini_Double is for a double input; Voltmeter_SD_RTC2_Sleep_Mini_Triple is for a triple input; Voltmeter_SD_RTC2_Sleep_Mini_Double_Charging is to be used with a double input for charging and discharging tests (More information on this in the Write Up.);
Download the three folders DS3232RTC, Time, Streaming and place into your libraries folder in your Arduino folder in order to use the files above.
On this GitHub is also a supply list that lists everything you need to recreate my project.There are also the files and images of the circuit diagrams for all of the relevant codes. Once again, these are explained further in the Final Project Write Up.
