The previous markdown image had this as the schematic_figure, but the preceding text mentions re-creating one of the figures. Should this be that figure instead?


But we're not that interested in interpreting the results. We're interested in the process of generating the results and how to do it reproducibly and with less headache.

There are several spots with these IMAGE placeholders in Day 1. I think I've accounted for all the images in the img/ folder for this workshop, so those files will have to be added and then these updated with the HTML (see above) to insert an image. Markdown could be used instead, but I find the formatting better with HTML.
