Reverts #141363 "Deprecate SmartThings machine state sensors" as the select entity is usually not controllable, and the user needs to enable remote control manually on the device on each washing cycle. Reading the state is always possible, and to avoid confusion, we internally decided not to deprecate the sensor for now.
