Proposed change

Fix a small but very annoying oversight after releasing the 2.5.0 version of MA.
The builtin player (so that you play on the local device) should not be pushed to HA by default. That was already prepared but we forgot to actually add the check to HA.

This fix will now check the "expose_to_ha" boolean on the MA player before creating the HA mediaplayer.
Existing (orphaned) players will be cleaned up on startup.
