According to hyperium/hyper#3111 (comment) and hyperium/hyper#3111 (comment), it seems that the
BodyExttrait is supposed to have alimit()method.I couldn't find it, so I opened this PR. I also slightly changed its name to
limitedto maintain consistency with methods likeboxed.
