A simple program to filter data based on identifiers and time ranges. This program is similar to dataselect without the ability to prune based on quality, sort data records by time and some of the more esoteric bells and whistles. This makes the logic much simpler and faster when those features are not needed. This initial version is based on dataselect v3.21.
