Both overflow: visible as well as enable-background: accumulate are entirely pointless. Both are just the defaults.
Note this codebase is a super old fork of a super old (even archived) codebase, and the icons are a super old copy of the Maki icon set. Still I suggest to merge this change. I'm sure it can't hurt, it makes the files smaller and get's rid of log spam.
